• Process claims, manage accounts receivable, and maintain documentation in compliance with payer guidelines and OCHIN systems
• Investigate and resolve claim denials, identify trends, and contribute to process improvements that enhance reimbursement outcomes
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to clarify billing requirements
• Use OCHIN tools and processes to track deadlines and plan billing activities for timely and efficient task completion
• Demonstrate foundational understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and apply knowledge of OCHIN solutions to billing operations

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent technical and communication skills
• Experience in revenue cycle management or billing operations
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems and payer requirements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

• Experience in a nonprofit healthcare setting
• Familiarity with OCHIN systems and tools
• Previous customer service experience in a healthcare-related role
• Knowledge of claims processing and billing compliance standards
