Position: Associate Supervisor (BCaBA)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Supervise and mentor treatment teams of technicians to ensure quality patient service
  • Implement and uphold CARD policies and procedures in patient services
  • Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and coaching sessions for treatment teams
  • Prepare patient reports and maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans
  • Train family members and guardians on treatment techniques and maintain positive relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with autism
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • BCBA certification required
  • Proven excellence in patient treatment and achievement of CARD's highest Technician position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques for children of varying skill levels
  • Proven people‑management skills and experience in team leadership
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Willingness to travel as needed for patient services
  • Key characteristics such as being organized, creative, and goal‑driven
