• Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers
• Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on customer service excellence
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and community health

• Experience in developing strategic business plans
• Familiarity with Population Health and Public Health initiatives
• Previous experience in a healthcare-related role
