What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Define and execute the global training operations strategy to support quality and compliance objectives
  • Oversee administration and optimization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related platforms
  • Lead global training operations teams for scheduling, tracking, and reporting compliance training
  • Collaborate with Quality, HR, and functional leaders to align training operations with organizational priorities
  • Manage operational budgets and vendor relationships for training services and technology solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with significant experience in training operations and GxP compliance
  • Proven track record in managing global training systems and leading cross‑functional teams
  • Strong understanding of R&D functions and the regulatory landscape (GxP, ICH, FDA, EMA, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
