Why Charlie Health?
Millions of people across the country are navigating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders, but barriers to care persist. Charlie Health exists to change that by connecting the world to life-saving behavioral health treatment. We deliver personalized, virtual care rooted in connection between clients and clinicians, care teams, loved ones, and communities that support them. By focusing on people with complex needs, we’re expanding access to meaningful care and driving better outcomes from the comfort of home.
As a rapidly growing organization, we are reaching more communities every day and building a team that redefines behavioral health treatment. If you’re ready to use your skills to drive lasting change and help more people access the care they deserve, we’d love to meet you.
About the RoleCharlie Health is hiring exceptional candidates with a Masters degree in mental health and experience facilitating groups to provide remote, telehealth services to clients. We seek forward-thinking mental health professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to clients.
Our Clinical Team is known for warmth and empathy. Clinicians are well-versed in a variety of modalities, with clients who are coping with serious mental health issues. Successful candidates are committed to bettering clients’ mental health and well-being, practice self-care, and are prepared to give their best every day to address the behavioral health crisis.
