- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including status and stakeholder meetings
- Develop and maintain project schedules while accurately tracking and reporting project status
- Collaborate with business owners and IT to identify and assign necessary resources for projects
- Implement mitigation strategies and communicate/escalate issues to stakeholders as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare insurance experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of project management experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of integration management experience is highly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, and Outlook
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience working in project management software
- Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare
- Proven analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to lead project teams effectively and efficiently
