• Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system across multi-site/multi-instrument integrations
• Conduct customer entrance interviews to understand needs and manage expectations
• Plan and execute the on-site integration process, working with implementation project managers
• Provide technical support and training to customers on newly installed instruments
• Document customer complaints and resolutions accurately in the complaint handling system

• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science, medical technology, biology, chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, field service, technical call center, or with diagnostics products
• Ability to manage time and territory effectively to meet customer and organizational needs
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot instrument and reagent performance issues
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and training sessions

• Bachelor's degree specifically in medical technology
• Experience with Abbott Diagnostics products
• Demonstrated leadership in customer service and account management situations
• Familiarity with regulatory and validation requirements in laboratory settings
• Experience in creating customized training programs for clients
