• Coordinate sales activities among Neuromodulation business units
• Develop business plans with defined strategies and objectives for targeted IDNs and GPOs
• Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed established goals
• Close contracts to maximize sales value for the employer and accounts
• Manage assigned budget while optimizing return on investment

• Bachelor's degree
• 8-10 years of sales and sales leadership experience in Medical Devices
• 2+ years of experience selling directly to C-suite leaders at IDNs, GPOs, and strategic accounts
• Experience with Class III implantable medical devices and/or neuromodulation products

• Proven track record of successful sales in a competitive environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and market dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex relationships and navigate organizational structures
