• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of diverse communications experience within corporate or public relations agency environments
• Strong media relations and issues management skills
• Experience managing teams and cross-company initiatives
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience and expertise

• Ability to identify patterns and connections across diverse therapeutic areas
• Proven strategic thinking skills to connect multiple TA communications strategies
• Experience effectively counseling senior management on communications strategies
• Familiarity with public relations activities and monitoring their effectiveness
