- Engage Oncology experts and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support product launches
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to address customer needs and develop strategies
- Build strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists
- Conduct market profiling to understand healthcare delivery and payer systems
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts with the oncology account team
- Bachelor's degree;
Master's degree or additional certifications preferred - Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with a focus on Hematology Oncology
- At least 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers
- Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current marketplace
- Proven advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills
- Buy and bill experience with biologics
- Demonstrated success in complex markets with diverse customer segments
- Analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Passion for science and proactive in learning about disease-state and treatment options
