- Develop a storyboard for a digital lesson, mapping content flow, instructional elements, and learner interactions
- Revise and finalize the PrEP Choice Counselling Content Package, including job aids and PowerPoint slides
- Strengthen and expand content on PrEP choice counselling to reflect new options and best practices
- Lead the development of a coherent, engaging, web-based lesson aligned with the provider PrEP toolkit
- Conduct internal and external reviews to ensure quality and effectiveness of training resources
- Clinical degree (MD, Nursing) and advanced degree in Public Health or related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HIV prevention and PrEP programming
- Experience in instructional design and digital learning development, particularly with long-acting injectable PrEP methods
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and e-learning authoring tools
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and work independently
- Experience specifically with Cabotegravir and Lenacapavir in PrEP programming
- Previous work in a similar role within a healthcare organization
- Knowledge of the latest research and guidelines in HIV prevention
- Experience in developing training materials for healthcare providers
- Background in public health education initiatives
