• Execute all aspects of sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products
• Engage with healthcare professionals, including nephrologists, in key practice settings
• Conduct daily travel within assigned territory, covering Washington DC, Northern VA, Richmond, Baltimore, and Western PA/Pittsburgh
• Promote company products to key customers, including hospitals and dialysis organizations
• Maintain up-to-date call records and submit reports on field contacts

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in nephrology, renal, and/or dialysis
• Proven track record as a top sales performer
• Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
• Experience in account management within a complex, competitive marketplace

• Experience in renal, dialysis, nephrology, specialty pharma, rare disease, and hospital sales
• Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) systems
