Position: Clinical Research Associate I

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee all aspects of study site management to ensure patient safety and data quality
  • Support site start-up procedures including feasibility assessments and regulatory document preparation
  • Conduct various site visits, including pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits
  • Document activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with protocols and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with site personnel and project teams regarding study issues and resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or other health-related disciplines, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using computerized information systems, electronic spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Ability to travel overnight, with up to 60% travel required
  • Oncology experience preferred for studies focused in that area
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Little to no CRA experience required, but transferrable skills from a related healthcare field are desired
  • Experience monitoring in rare and complex therapeutic areas
  • Familiarity with EDC trials and EHR records
  • Relevant site start-up experience for the particular country preferred
  • Ability to resolve project-related problems and prioritize workload
