• Create and implement territory business plans to achieve sales targets
• Stay informed about clinical literature and marketplace issues to enhance product knowledge and communication
• Represent the employer at local customer meetings to increase product visibility

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field
• Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
• Experience working with patient groups, specialty pharmacies, and distributors
• Proven ability to manage a large territory effectively
• Strong understanding of product features, competitive products, and distribution channels

• Experience in developing and executing key marketing programs
• Familiarity with patient support groups and their needs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of the biotherapeutics industry and current market trends
