• Assist with the customization and configuration of Epic applications to meet organizational needs
• Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows to understand system requirements
• Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches to ensure accuracy and functionality
• Help troubleshoot basic issues and elevate complex problems to experienced analysts
• Assist in creating user guides and training materials for member staff

• Entry‑level position; no prior experience required
• Basic understanding of healthcare workflows and IT systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, particularly Epic
• Experience in a healthcare setting or with healthcare technology
• Basic technical skills in IT or systems analysis
• Interest in pursuing a career in healthcare IT or clinical informatics
