What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Leverage experimentation and advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize credit underwriting strategies
  • Determine and optimize purchasing power to balance risk and growth, ensuring healthy user engagement
  • Play a pivotal role in underwriting cost‑saving measures, managing risk, and improving profitability
  • Support the launch of new products by designing and implementing effective credit strategies
  • Collaborate with Machine Learning and Engineering teams to build robust credit risk capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a data analyst or data scientist, preferably in consumer credit risk management
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, or other scripting languages; experience with Spark is a plus
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence across different teams within the organization
  • Excellent communication skills to convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience or knowledge of Machine Learning techniques
  • A strong curiosity and passion for learning new concepts and thinking innovatively
