Financial Analyst

Overview

Our Client, a American Multinational Clothing and Accessories Retailer company, is looking for a Financial Analyst for their Remote location.

• The Senior Analyst will support the Old Navy Field Finance team, which is responsible for tracking and monitoring key operating metrics and SG&A expenses for Old Navy stores across North America.
• This role will support weekly, monthly, and quarterly store performance reporting, including budget and forecast variance analysis, and will contribute to key analytical projects across the Field Finance team.
• The Senior Analyst will primarily partner with the Old Navy Brand Finance team and will also collaborate cross functionally, as needed, with Field Leadership, Store Operations, Human Resources, Compensation, Labor Engineering, and other business partners.
• The position will report to the Senior Manager, Old Navy Field Finance and will be co managed by a Senior Analyst within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• FP&A experience, including forecasting, variance analysis, and month end close support
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross functional teams
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build and optimize financial models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Power Point
• Hyperion Essbase experience a plus
