• Drive the monthly close process by preparing variance commentary and identifying risks and opportunities
• Manage headcount and expense planning, translating business needs into accurate forecasts
• Analyze data to diagnose performance drivers and partner with leadership on strategic analyses
• Uncover trends and risks by understanding unit economics and efficiency drivers
• Serve as a trusted business partner for leadership on performance and strategic trade-offs

• 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance
• 3–5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role, preferably in a high-growth technology company
• Experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning
• Strong understanding of FP&A fundamentals, including variance analysis and budgeting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information clearly

• Experience using AI tools to enhance work efficiency and analysis
• Proven ability to solve problems autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with advanced financial analytics and reporting techniques
