• Oversee the delivery of payroll and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including timely tax filings
• Lead internal and external audits, assessing risks and maintaining operational integrity
• Collaborate with the executive team on strategic initiatives to enhance service offerings and client base
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Payroll and Financial Operations, particularly in a SaaS environment
• 5+ years of experience with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, overseeing compliance and audit response
• Proven experience managing high-performing payroll operations teams and implementing process improvements
• Strong operational acumen with a track record of building scalable processes and leveraging technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required

• MBA, CPA, CPP, or similar professional certification
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or regulated payment environments
• Experience supporting the hospitality industry is a strong plus
