• Prepare and review international tax planning documents and compliance projects
• Assist the Manager in developing project work plans and scheduling deliverables
• Supervise the preparation of international tax forms and compliance documentation
• Respond to client requests and prepare presentations for proposals and planning strategies
• Conduct research on tax law and assist with technical writing to support tax positions

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business, or Finance
• 2 to 4 years of tax-related experience, including IRC and Treasury Regulation research
• Excellent organization, time management, and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and ability to work as a team player
• Valid driver's license required

• Experience with BNA research tools and GoSystem Tax RS data entry
• Familiarity with financial statements and PowerPoint skills
• Understanding of the IRAC legal writing framework
