Financial Analyst, FP&A

• Manage daily purchase order approvals, ensuring accurate coding and budget alignment
• Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including preparing expense accruals and ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Prepare management review packages and provide insights for business reviews
• Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers and communicate actionable insights
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams to validate data integrity and ensure consistent reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or related analytical roles
• Strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills demonstrated in previous positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with financial systems (SAP or Oracle)
• Ability to work with large datasets and build insights for reporting

• MBA in finance or accounting
• Experience with budgeting tools such as TM1, Hyperion, or Adaptive
• Demonstrated ability to drive business and systems impact in prior roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• A proactive approach to continuous learning and embracing change
