• Create and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy of financial information
• Perform financial forecasting and reconcile internal clinical trial accounts
• Collaborate with study teams to identify and quantify information impacting trial finances

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in research administration or financial analysis/accounting
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point
• Strong financial management and forecasting skills with an ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

• Master's Degree highly desired
• Experience working within a medical organization and team environment
• Highly analytical thinking with a talent for improving and streamlining complex processes
