• Verify and post routine and complex payments received from customers accurately and timely
• Process and record all payment types, including ACH, wires, and lockbox activity
• Reconcile payment discrepancies by collaborating with Collections, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders
• Process adjustments, write-offs, and refunds as necessary
• Support the Team Leader in creating and maintaining efficient processes that mitigate financial risk

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a comparable role
• Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate knowledge of PC-based application software, particularly Google Sheets
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and planning skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm for automation, AI, and emerging technologies with a desire to explore their application in business processes
• Proven ability to independently seek opportunities for process improvement
