- Develop and lead a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial media
- Draft investor communications, including press releases and quarterly earnings presentations
- Monitor peer performance and industry trends, providing insights to the leadership team
- Lead the strategy and execution of the company’s corporate responsibility program
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
- At least ten years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Analysis, Finance, Accounting, or Investment Banking/Research roles
- Advanced degree and/or certifications (JD, MBA, CPA, CFA) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and investor expectations
- Proven track record of progression in areas of responsibility within investor relations or finance
- Experience with ESG trends and corporate responsibility initiatives
- Established relationships with industry analysts and investors
- Ability to analyze and anticipate investor questions and concerns
- Experience collaborating with corporate communications and legal teams
