• Prepare and file U.S. sales and use tax returns, managing registrations and processing related payments
• Coordinate with third-party tax advisors for U.S. federal and international income tax filings
• Perform account reconciliations for indirect tax balances to ensure accuracy
• Assist in tracking cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations
• Support the annual tax provision process and assist with required reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• CPA designation with a strong tax knowledge base
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS software corporate tax, indirect tax, treasury, or a public accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax fundamentals
• Technological competency in reporting and compliance tools, including Excel, Word, Net Suite, and Avalara

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, project management, and organizational skills
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a collaborative team spirit
