• Manage internal financial planning and analysis for the $1.5B Hybrid Sentinel Contract
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of contract cost and financial data
• Lead PMX System Administration and training efforts
• Construct reports and Power
  
  BI dashboards for program information display
• Support new business proposal efforts, including pricing strategy and business case analysis

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree
• Program Finance experience with multiple contract types
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience in the government contracting industry

• Knowledge of employer's financial systems such as CostPoint, Cognos, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
• Prior FP&A experience, preferably at the employer
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Intermediate proficiency in Python programming
