GTM Planning & Operations Analyst

• Drive quota planning in the annual Go-To-Market planning process for the revenue organization
• Collaborate with Sales Finance to design quota and compensation plans for various roles
• Maintain and iterate on quota capacity models to enhance efficiency in the Go-To-Market strategy
• Deliver performance analytics to improve compensation model effectiveness
• Monitor quota attainment trends and provide operational support throughout the year

• Experience in consulting, revenue operations, or finance, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Xactly, Tableau, and G Suite
• Intermediate SQL proficiency for working with complex data models
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills

• Experience partnering and collaborating across functional areas such as Finance and Sales
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and support multiple business partners
• A background in sales strategy and annual planning frameworks
