- Design and implement Asset & Liability Management (ALM) frameworks, processes, and tools to enhance financial resilience and support product innovation
- Lead cross‑functional collaborations for ALM and institutional investment‑only product development with various teams
- Integrate investment strategy, risk, and product dynamics into decision‑making frameworks
- Establish engagement frameworks to ensure alignment with enterprise‑level ALM processes and governance
- Influence product profitability, capital efficiency, and financial soundness while supporting senior leadership in managing financial risks
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, actuarial science, or related field required
- 8+ years of experience in ALM or investments with a demonstrated history of leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and/or Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) (or equivalent international actuarial designation)
- Strong knowledge of stable value products, annuity products, and fixed income assets
- Knowledge of statutory and GAAP asset and derivative accounting
- Proven ability to apply broad and deep business acumen and ALM expertise to innovate ALM strategies
- Experience with commercial mortgage loans and understanding their valuation and performance under varying economic scenarios
- Ability to develop new strategies using market data and knowledge of business models
- Experience empowering teams and fostering partnerships for collaborative success
- Strong results‑oriented mindset that views challenges as opportunities for growth
