• Lead adoption initiatives to boost client engagement and retention
• Serve as the primary expert for existing trading clients, providing training and technical solutions
• Collaborate with R&D and Go-To-Market teams to deliver product feedback and improvements
• Participate in the pre-sales process, conducting demos and creating documentation for client workflows
• Drive measurable initiatives that influence product success

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, financial services, Wealth Tech, RIAs, or family offices
• Strong understanding of portfolio management concepts and trading workflows
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts into actionable insights
• Highly organized self-starter capable of designing technical solutions for clients

• CFA and/or CAIA certifications
• Passion for continuous learning and improving financial technology systems
• Experience in client-facing roles within the financial services industry
