Supervisor, Contracts and Chargebacks

• Lead, guide, and develop a team of senior analysts and analysts in contract management
• Ensure timely updates of all contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and external partners to resolve inquiries
• Oversee the timely collection of payments due from suppliers and minimize write‑offs
• Analyze reports and department statistics against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and share findings with upper management

• Undergraduate degree from a 4‑year university in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience, including at least 1 year of remote management experience
• Knowledge of the contract and chargeback process is desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional presentation abilities

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Prior experience with SAP is desirable
• Demonstrated leadership and delegation abilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and situations
• Resourcefulness in pursuing or recommending new ideas and procedures
