Title Specialist

• Review title abstracts and identify issues requiring additional information or resolution
• Maintain a strong understanding of state-specific statutes and title requirements
• Coordinate with sellers, attorneys, and other title agencies to obtain necessary documentation
• Prepare title clearance affidavits and order payoffs for liens and judgments
• Communicate regularly with internal and external parties to ensure smooth title processes

• Strong customer service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while maintaining accuracy
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
• Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented approach when handling title issues

• Experience in title, mortgage underwriting, real estate, law/legal fields, or related industries
• Familiarity with title clearance processes and curative workflows
• Prior experience interacting with attorneys, underwriters, or other title professionals
• Background working with abstracting vendors or reviewing title abstracts
• Experience generating or reviewing title policies
