• Support and maintain BSA/AML/OFAC policy management activities, including tracking changes and managing change control protocols
• Organize and chair documentation governance review committees, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding tasks
• Work with teams to restructure and update BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance documentation, including policies and procedures
• Conduct gap analysis of procedures against regulatory guidance from agencies like FFIEC, FinCEN, and OFAC
• Provide accurate reporting to senior management regarding governance-managed processes

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five years of AML/BSA, consumer, or regulatory compliance experience
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Integrated Policy Management Professional (IPMP) certification preferred
• Proficiency in SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries, including site building and maintenance
• Demonstrated knowledge of interpreting laws and regulatory guidance
