Responsibilities
  • Individual will be responsible for Global/Local KYC/AML remediation processes based on complexity, interdependencies, and regulatory urgency/findings.
  • Reporting to Overall leadership while leading specific working groups.
  • Analyze existing regulatory issues, identify overlapping requirements, transform strategy into executable plans.
  • Track progress through defined KPIs.
  • Support compatible control design, validate solutions address root causes.
  • Drive alignment across work streams and maintain consolidated evidence repositories.
  • Reporting responsibilities could include Financial Crimes' weekly progress summaries and daily reporting.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Any Graduation Degree
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in FCRM (Financial Crime Risk Management) with extensive experience in Regulatory Remediation execution and management.
  • Knowledge and experience in regulations like Fincen, FATF and FCA.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new processes and adapt quickly
  • Experience working within a high paced environment with competing priorities
  • The ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple assessments simultaneously, track progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
