Risk Analyst

• Monitor and investigate merchant processing activities while responding to customer inquiries
• Maintain a quality assurance rate of 95%+ in audit activities to detect and prevent fraud
• Document risk assessment findings and prepare clear summaries
• Collaborate with internal teams to support merchant success and ensure compliance with regulations
• Perform merchant account maintenance tasks and assist the Credit team with reviews

• Bachelor’s degree required; field of study in accounting, economics, or finance preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud prevention or risk management, with at least 1 year in the payments industry
• Experience with transaction and risk monitoring tools/systems
• Strong math skills for financial analysis and risk exposure calculation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis

• Experience using Lexis Nexis or comparable tools for KYC/KYB searches
• Detail‑oriented with a high level of curiosity and risk awareness
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver consistent high performance
• Availability to work an 8 am - 5 pm PT, Monday - Friday schedule
