Senior Associate, Investing Operations

• Process mutual fund settlements and reconciliations from start to finish
• Assist in improving existing processes and shipping new products
• Familiarize with Canadian and US depositories CDS/DTCC and trading settlement processes
• Identify and mitigate operational risks within the team
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a brokerage environment handling mutual funds
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude for a collaborative environment
• Natural curiosity to investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Passion for technology, specifically in the fintech sector

• Postgraduate education in Finance
