• Lead financial and commercial analysis for non-standard and high-value deals
• Build and review complex pricing models, billing ramps, and revenue forecasts
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to evaluate deal structures
• Identify recurring deal patterns and contribute to improvements in pricing frameworks
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Deal Desk Analysts

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, analytics, or a related field
• 2–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, pricing, finance, strategy, or deal support roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including pricing, discounting, and revenue forecasting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Experience supporting complex or non-standard commercial deals
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes, billing models, and contract structures
• Experience working with Sales, Finance, and Legal stakeholders
• SaaS and/or healthcare industry experience
