Actuarial Specialist – EMCL

• Lead the analysis and refinement of financial models, implementing changes and ensuring proper documentation
• Oversee quarterly and annual financial projection projects, gathering data and analyzing results to recommend reserve amounts
• Ensure completion of financial and Asset Liability Management (Profiling) projections to assess profitability
• Collaborate on product development and pricing projects using actuarial modeling software
• Develop and enhance automated tools for accurate data reporting and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, math, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of actuarial experience
• Completion of 4-5 actuarial exams or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and computer programming
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one programming language, such as R, SAS, or SQL (SQL preferred)

• Additional exams or graduate-level coursework may enhance candidacy
• Experience leading teams and special projects
• Familiarity with actuarial terminology, concepts, and theory
