• Manage operational activities and client support for various financial institution tiers and solutions
• Coordinate change management activities with clients post‑implementation
• Implement immediate and long‑term corrective actions for issue resolution
• Support pre‑implementation activities to ensure client expectations are met
• Manage issues through defined standard processes across different levels of support

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience (3 years) or High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in the financial services sector
• Strong data analytics and marketing services understanding for financial institutions
  
  Must be 18 years of age or older
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong facilitation skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
• Experience in managing operational changes in a financial services environment
