• Support the preparation of budgets and financial statements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in financial operations or related fields

• Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial statement preparation
• Experience in a nonprofit or think tank environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software
• Background in public policy or related fields
