Business Area Senior FP&A Analyst

• Collaborate with management to create financial projections for revenue, EBITDA, cash, and backlog
• Track performance against key metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow
• Conduct data reconciliation, variance analysis, and multiple financial cost analysis functions
• Support key reporting deliverables that communicate the business’s financial performance

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of prior corporate FP&A experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of prior corporate FP&A experience
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Expertise in quantitative analysis and financial presentations
• Ability to communicate effectively with Group leadership on important organizational matters
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain security clearance as needed

• Familiarity with the Hyperion Financial Reporting tool
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal customers
• Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis
