Transaction Diligence - Senior Associate

• Lead and execute financial due diligence reviews for potential acquisitions of small businesses
• Develop financial analyses and pro forma financial models, including income statements and cash flow projections
• Present financial and operational insights based on data analysis and strategic fit with the investment thesis
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive due diligence
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to the investment team

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting and buy‑side transaction experience in accounting advisory or private equity
• CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred
• Experience working for a mid‑market accounting firm is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated capability in evaluating small to medium‑sized businesses
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

• Entrepreneurial, self‑starter mentality with the ability to excel in team‑based and self‑directed environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other presentation tools
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
