- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to formulate accurate expense forecasts
- Update and maintain quarterly forecasts in the financial system
- Deliver monthly expense variance analysis and provide analytical support
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to various corporate functions
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of applicable FP&A experience; additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree
- Prior experience in financial forecasting and variance analysis
- Strong skills in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced formulas
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated analytical ability
- Experience with financial reporting and business development/capture/proposal activities
- Familiarity with the employer's financial and business development systems, including Costpoint, Insight, OAC, and WinIT
- Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts
- Experience in data/configuration management and government accounting regulations (CAS, FAR, GAAP)
