Sr. FP&A Analyst

• Support expense planning and forecasting through financial modeling and variance analysis
• Manage workforce and vendor spend analysis, including headcount tracking and resource allocation
• Drive monthly financial operations and reporting, maintaining planning systems and building analytical tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver financial insights and facilitate budget preparation
• Continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting by enhancing models and improving data quality

• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar discipline with an analytical focus
• 4-6+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a similar role
• Experience in the technology industry, preferably with SaaS or subscription models
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Adaptive Insights, Net Suite, Salesforce, Power BI, and Open Air is a plus
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
