- Support expense planning and forecasting through financial modeling and variance analysis
- Manage workforce and vendor spend analysis, including headcount tracking and resource allocation
- Drive monthly financial operations and reporting, maintaining planning systems and building analytical tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver financial insights and facilitate budget preparation
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting by enhancing models and improving data quality
- BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar discipline with an analytical focus
- 4-6+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a similar role
- Experience in the technology industry, preferably with SaaS or subscription models
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Adaptive Insights, Net Suite, Salesforce, Power BI, and Open Air is a plus
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience in the technology industry, particularly with SaaS or other subscription models
- Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Insights and Open Air
- Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
