• Manage end-to-end financial deliverables, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis for operational expenditure (OpEx) planning
• Uncover actionable insights by diving into financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build strong working relationships with partners and present analysis during business reviews
• Own the month-end close process, conducting variance analysis to ensure financial data integrity
• Develop and maintain financial models that assess financial risks and opportunities

• 4-8+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical field
• Strong financial modeling skills with a focus on operational efficiency
• Proactive and curious mindset with a strong work ethic
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work
• Excellent collaborative skills and ability to communicate effectively across the organization

• Experience in a high-growth tech environment, Fin Tech, or financial services
• Proficiency with financial software (e.g., Anaplan, Net Suite) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
• SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets
