What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive key VIP sales metrics to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue
  • Lead and coach a team of VIP Hosts, focusing on performance management and solutions-oriented guidance
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to ensure effective execution of reinvestment programs and player incentives
  • Improve operational processes and compliance initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Develop and implement impactful sales training programs for the VIP team
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience with at least 4 years in Marketing and Sales focused on relationship building and revenue growth
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct experience managing a sales team, including coaching and team development
  • Proven track record in developing strategies that increase revenue while managing operational efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the gaming or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales analytics
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes customer relationships effectively
  • Experience in training and developing sales staff
  • Knowledge of state gaming regulations and licensing processes
