• Manage logistical and coordination tasks for 100+ annual events, including registrations and vendor interactions
• Establish and maintain processes for tracking event supplies and inventory management
• Take ownership of event tech stack and enhance Salesforce reporting to track event ROI
• Provide support through meticulous expense management and budget tracking
• Engage in the physical aspects of event production, including setting up booths and managing onsite logistics

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management within a high‑growth environment
• Proven experience with sales‑driven events and understanding their impact on revenue
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce with the ability to build reports tracking ROI and performance
• Exceptional organizational skills with a disciplined approach to project management
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, startup environment and engaging in hands‑on event production

• Experience working in a startup environment
• Familiarity with event management tools such as Cvent or Airtable
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights for event improvement
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in team settings
