Fleet Client Services Specialist II

• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is in the control of the repair technician
• Document and note all customer contacts accurately in FSCA systems
• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customer calls
• Obtain customer approval for all repairs and services to be performed
• Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance and drive repeat business

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience totaling 5 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive relationships
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry or experience with fleet maintenance is preferred

• Experience with fleet maintenance or other transportation experience in the automotive/trucking industry
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry, along with the ability to learn new platforms
