Position: Business Solution Specialist II (Plus One)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage communication between the employer and commercial clients, ensuring accurate gate pass verification and timely assistance.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide quality service while resolving issues in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain Smartsheet tracking for verification and communication workflows related to gate passes.
  • Generate buyer gate releases and collaborate with internal teams as necessary.
  • Monitor and update vehicle notes in the system, managing shared communication channels effectively.
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Experience with managing internal and external account relationships, including email and communication tools.
  • Physical ability and mental acuity to execute responsibilities within required time frames.
  • Proven track record of achieving established key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet and AS400 systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships across different teams.
  • Experience in handling vehicle-related transactions or processes.
