• Lead the operational rhythm of the global shared services technical organization on behalf of the Chief Engineer
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that streamline processes and improve engineering throughput
• Oversee technical governance processes including design reviews and risk management
• Assist Product Management in monitoring engineering progress across the product lifecycle
• Promote a culture of collaboration and accountability within global engineering teams

• 10+ years of extensive industry experience in product-focused or engineering-driven environments
• Proven experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Strong technical literacy and ability to engage in engineering and product discussions
• Fluent in Fire Protection Codes and Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to resolve performance issues
• Strong financial acumen to manage budgets effectively
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a commitment to company values and ethics
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to enhance performance
