• Provide technical waste disposal support to sales, operations, and customers, ensuring safe and legal treatment of hazardous waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and develop customized waste management solutions
• Analyze laboratory results and safety data sheets, compiling technical data into comprehensive reports for clients
• Investigate hazardous waste regulations and aid in waste classification while ensuring compliance with transportation guidelines
• Maintain customer pricing records and focus on customer retention and business development in collaboration with the sales department

• 2-4 years of experience in waste disposal, chemistry, or a related field providing technical expertise
• Knowledge of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) laws and regulations related to waste characterization
• Strong analytical skills to read, interpret, and respond to complex documentation and governmental regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings concisely
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks effectively

• Experience with waste characterization principles and practices, including analysis and evaluation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Docu Sign, and PDF writer
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with business math, geometry, and basic accounting processes
